Day 1:Sapa – O Quy Ho pass – Sin Chai – Cat Cat – Y Linh Ho
You'll travel by car to the trek's starting point in O Quy Ho and head through the fields to Sin Chai village, where the Black H’mong people live. The Black H’mong are proud of their culture and they have their own language and wear traditional indigo blue clothing. You will trek to your homestay and arrive in the early evening and enjoy some free time to explore the area. You'll have dinner with the family and spend the night at Y Linh Ho village.

Day 2: Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van
After an early breakfast, we'll say goodbye to our hosts and trek to Lao Chai village and learn more about the local culture and customs. We'll walk to Ta Van village to visit the Zay people - The Zay minority in Ta Van have their own distinct culture and lifestyle. We'll have dinner and sleep overnight in Ta Van.

Day 3: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai - Sapa
After breakfast, we'll leave Ta Van and trek to Giang Ta Chai village where we can see the Red Dao people. The women of the Red Dao have very colorful red embroideries, coins on their clothing, and wear red scarves on their heads. Some of the women shave their eyebrows because they believe a hairless face is beautiful. We'll stop for lunch before leaving Giang Ta Chai village and drive to Sapa. Trip end.
